Day 45: Volunteer Go Red For Women - Rochester

Today I co-emceed the fashion show for the Go Red For Women - Rochester (American Heart Association) The models were heart survivors. As I was reading their bios, and looking at them as they entered the stage, all I could think of is how lucky their heart disease or issue was caught early and they were there with us able to walk on that stage. That is incredible. <3

Find out if you're at risk for heart disease today.

Men and women should both do it!
