Day 174: Thank Sam from Financial Aid office

I can't imagine working in a financial aid office at a college. Every student is different, every intricate derail can't be overlooked because all of us are counting on as much aid possible so we don't rack up student loan debt.

I sent a guy from the financial aid office a massive thank you. He has gone over and beyond with detailed email responses back - meeting all my needs and questions. I also cc'd his director.

I'm sure he doesn't get paid enough, but I certainly valued him, and I know others must too.
